The President of our company in Altamonte Springs has the spacious corner office with the big windows. Unfortunately along with the windows have come the birds. He has a woodpecker on the sill that is just crazy. It pecks the window constantly, one Saturday I was in the building by myself and one floor down and it scared me half to death. It will follow you from his office window to the conference room next door to his office. Right now he must be vacationing because there are other birds there. They cause so much distraction that meetings are often impossible. Do you have any suggestions? By the way they did try the plastic owl, that’s an ongoing joke now.

a few months ago we fumigated for termites and thankfully along with killing them we also got rid of the rats. unfortunately, not to our suprised, it was short lived because "benjamin" and his friends are back. i don't know if you cover the Altamonte Springs area?? if not do you know of a reputable company that can "rat proof" our home as well as do some rodent control/trapping/cleanup?
