Hello,
I either have mice or more likely rats in my attic.
I have found droppings and have removed several dead rats,
but there is still a smell and I would like to eliminate all rodents.
Also, get suggestions as to how to seal up the attic.
Then I can replace the insulation.
I have very old black loose insulation, then about 4" white Styrofoam over that.
House is in Hunters Creek and is about 1800 sf, but not all of that has an attic (cathedral ceiling)
How long would it to remove existing insulation and treat attic?

Okay, so I have two ducks/mallards that are enjoying the convenience of my residential pool in Hunters Creek. I too have tried making noise to get them to leave. Nothing that I do keeps them away for more than a day.
My family is military, so I don't know the rules in this area, so I am wanting to know what can be done. Are you authorized to catch them? Can you donate these to someone in Europe. I am tired of the poop..
I am going crazy. Will you please let me know whether this is something you can take care of. Also, the price that would go along with it.
